Dans le cadre du projet de loi sur l'eau actuellement en discussion à l'Assemblée nationale, la commission des affaires économiques a adopté à l'unanimité le 3 mai un amendement visant à accorder une crédit d'impôt. Celui-ci serait égal à 40% du montant de l'investissement nécessaire et plafonné à 5000 euros.
